24 Volunteers, 51 childrens along with 15 staff members of Manavya went for one day trip to Balaji temple Ketkawale & Baneshwar on 27th May 2007. Trip was arranged by Volunteer's of Eaton India Engineering Center as step towards community development and fulfilling effort to share happiness.
It was a the most enjoyable day in the life of the children's and was the first time it was everybody’s day out, children enjoyed the journey by singing and dancing in bus. A roar of joy was heard from the children when the bus passed though new highway tunnel.
After the prayer at Balaji temple children were taken to a near by restaurant for lunch, lunch was totally different for children as they first time tested Panjabi (Tandoori) roti.
After enjoying lunch children were taken to Baneshwar temple & garden where they spent 1.5 hours by playing different games at children play park.
