Online Donations

All online donations are exempted under section 80G of Income Tax Act. The exemption certificates along with donation receipts will be sent by post to users who have requested for the same during online Donation. Donations and payments once made will not be reversed.

In case of any discrepancy in the donation receipts, it will be the donor's responsibility to bring it to the attention of Manavya, in the absence of which Manavya will not be responsible for any issues arising with the concerned Income Tax Office.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Manavya will not be liable in any way for any loss or damage suffered by you through use or access to this website. Our liability for negligence, breach of contract or contravention of any law as a result of our failure to provide this website or any part of it, or for any problems with this website, which cannot be lawfully excluded, is limited, at our option and to the maximum extent permitted by law, to resupplying this website or any part of it to you, or to paying for the resupply of this website or any part of it to you.

As a institution primarily working to provide shelter, food, clothing, education to the born HIV +ve Children & welfare of the HIV +ve women. We give them these facilities totally free of cost.

All donations made to Manavya by individuals and organisations are acknowledged in the Annual report and are eligible for a 50% tax exemption under section 80G.
